Day to day administration of the College is on the pattern followed by reputed institutions in India and abroad. Manager of the College is AnvarSadath .K, the Chairman of Travancore Education Society. The academic administration of the College is vested with the Academic Director and general administration is with the Management. The College Council provides the administrative support and advice to the Academic Director. The council consists of the Academic Director, Heads of all Engineering Departments, One Professor of Non-Engineering Depts. by rotation, Hostel warden, Administrative Assistant and a Faculty representative. Academic Director is the ex-officio President of the council and the member Secretary is nominated by the Academic Director.
